You may already be buying products successfully in China, but the quality and quantity in each container that arrives in Europe can sometimes be an unexpected concern?

Scovicon offers you services to reduce or even remove this uncertainty.

We will check and inspect your products at local producers in China. You as customer do not need to travel to China.

Scovicon offers the following inspections:

• Start Inspektion (AI):

  Immediately after the initial products are produced, before mass production begins, it is verified that everything meets specifications and will be adjusted where necessary. This inspection provides the best efficiency during start-up and rules out miscommunication to a large extent. In general, this is carried out when 1% to 10% of the total order has been produced.

• Manufacturing Inspection (FI):

  During the production process we check how your product is being produced. Where necessary, adjustments can be made during this inspection, to ensure the quality and delivery time will meet the expectations. In general, this is carried out when 20% to 50% of the total order has been produced.

• Deployment Inspection (BI):

  Obtaining a satisfactory sample does not guarantee the same quality for the entire batch. Before the goods are loaded and transported, they will be checked according to specifications drawn up beforehand to ensure that everything meets the quality requirements. This is generally carried out when 80% or more of the total order has been produced.

• Container Inspection (CI):

  We will monitor your products while they are being loaded into the container to verify that you indeed get what you ordered. Additionally, we check constantly that everything is properly loaded, and the container is ultimately sealed by our experts. The container is checked thoroughly before loading. This is generally carried out when 100% of the total order has been produced (minus rejected goods).
